Paris, on behalf of Virtuvest, was invited alongside James Alexander (CEO of UK SIF) to a panel discussing the FCA's proposed SDR regulation. Virtuvest fed back directly to the FCA on the proposals.
The festival is held annually by Investment Week for investment professionals working in the Sustainable space.
The Virtuvest Q2 Roundtable discussed Impact and what it meant to clients, advisers, investment professionals and regulators. Subsequently, Virtuvest engaged with the FCA who asked us to provide further insight.
With feedback from our members via a survey, Virtuvest provided valuable insights on Impact to assist the FCA with their understanding and definition of the subject.
Virtuvest contributed member insights to the FCA's Disclosures and Labels Advisory Group in Q1 2023 and collaboratively discussed the challenges with the proposals.
Members were able to benefit from shared concerns and use Virtuvest's summary when writing their own firms response to the Consultation Paper.
